Tell us about the work.
A 30-minute discovery call, a one-page summary back within 48 hours, a proposal within a week. One inbox handles everything.
How to brief us in a few sentences.
Most engagements start from a short note — no formal RFP required. The more concretely you can describe the outcome you want, the faster we can come back with a useful answer. A few sentences usually beats a 20-page document.
If you can, mention: the problem you're trying to solve and who it affects, whether this is a new build or a change to an existing system, any technical constraints (existing stack, integrations, hosting, compliance), and the timeline or budget shape you have in mind. None of these are required to start the conversation — they just help us give you a more accurate first response.
From message to proposal in about a week.
Within one to two business days, we read your message and reply. If it's a fit, we schedule a 30-minute discovery call to align on scope, constraints, and success criteria. After the call you receive a one-page written summary within 48 hours — the problem as we heard it, an outline of the approach, and any open questions.
From there we prepare a written proposal within a week, including a Statement of Work, fixed milestones, named deliverables, and pricing structure (fixed-bid or time-and-materials, depending on how well-scoped the work is). Nothing is committed until you sign — the discovery call and written summary are free.
If we're not the right fit, we'll say so quickly and, where we can, point you toward someone who is. We don't take on engagements outside the work we're set up to deliver well.
