Most projects run 6–14 weeks of build time. Smaller automation engagements ship in 3–4 weeks. SaaS platforms with multi-tenant billing typically run 12+ weeks.
Every engagement gets an embedded lead engineer who owns delivery end-to-end, plus contributors scoped to the work. No farming out, no surprises.

Fixed-bid against a signed SOW for well-scoped work. Time-and-materials at fixed weekly rates for open-ended engagements. We can quote either after a discovery call.
