Support
Long-term support after launch with a fixed monthly cadence.
Support is the long tail of the engagement. Bug fixes, dependency updates, security patches, performance tuning, and a feature-work budget every month — all on a fixed monthly retainer with a defined SLA.
This is the same scope as our standalone Maintenance & Scaling service. The product gets faster, safer, and more capable over time instead of slowly decaying.

Frequently asked
How does Support differ from Maintenance & Scaling?
They are the same engagement. Support is the natural continuation after Launch for projects we built. Maintenance & Scaling is the same scope but offered as a standalone service for products we did not originally build.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Three months minimum, then month-to-month with 30 days notice.
Can we ramp Support up and down?
Yes. You can change SLA tier or feature-work budget month to month within the contract.
Ready to start a discovery call?
A 30-minute call to understand the work. A signed Statement of Work before any code is written.
