SaaS Platforms

Multi-tenant SaaS, built from the ground up to scale with your customers.

We build multi-tenant SaaS platforms end-to-end — from the very first user onboarding screen through subscription billing, role-based access, admin tooling, audit logs, analytics, and the operational glue you need to actually run a software company.

Building SaaS is not the same as building a website. The architecture has to support many customers on shared infrastructure with strict data isolation, predictable performance under load, and a billing surface that does not break when a customer changes plan or chargeback hits. We design for all of that on day one so you are not rewriting the foundations after your first ten paying customers.

Engagements run under a Statement of Work with named deliverables. You own the codebase, the schemas, and the infrastructure. We can ship a first paying-customer release in 8 to 14 weeks for a focused scope.

Frequently asked

Should we build SaaS or use a no-code platform?

No-code is a great way to validate. Custom SaaS makes sense when your data model is the product, when isolation and reliability are core, or when you cannot afford to be locked into a platform vendor as you scale.

How do you handle tenant isolation?

We default to a shared-database, tenant-scoped row strategy with row-level security where the database supports it. For regulated workloads we use schema-per-tenant or database-per-tenant. The choice is made in Discovery based on data sensitivity and operational cost.

Do you integrate Stripe billing?

Yes. Stripe is our default. We wire up subscriptions, plan changes, usage-based billing, customer portal, and webhook handling with retries. Paddle is supported when you need merchant-of-record handling for international tax.

How do you protect against runaway costs as we grow?

We build observability and quota controls into v1 — per-tenant rate limits, usage metering, alerting on cost-sensitive code paths, and infrastructure with autoscaling boundaries you set, not the cloud provider.
